Medorra respiratory care

Continuous oxygen support.
A model for your prescribed needs.

Medorra oxygen concentrators bring continuous-flow delivery, clear controls and practical maintenance features together in a wheeled unit for home-care and facility settings. Choose the 5L or 10L model specified by your healthcare professional.

Prescription required. For prescribed supplemental oxygen therapy. These units are not intended for life support or life-sustaining use.

5L · Compact everyday footprint

Up to 5 L/min continuous flow · 90–96% oxygen concentration · 12 kg net weight.

10L · Higher flow capacity

Up to 10 L/min continuous flow · 93% ± 3% oxygen concentration · 20 kg net weight.

Built around daily care

  • PSA oxygen concentration: Molecular-sieve technology separates oxygen from room air.
  • Visible flow control: A flow meter and adjustment knob make the prescribed setting easy to identify.
  • Operating-hour display: Track equipment use and plan scheduled maintenance.
  • Timer with automatic shutdown: Set timed operation in 10-minute increments, up to eight hours, when appropriate for the prescribed therapy.
  • Practical handling: An integrated handle and caster wheels help with repositioning. Both models require mains power.
  • Power-failure indication: Audible alerts identify an interruption in electrical power.

Controls, alerts & model options

Both manuals describe operating-time displays, timer controls and power-failure indication. The 5L manual also lists high-temperature and compressor-failure alarms.

Additional oxygen, flow or pressure alerts, voice functions, remote control and nebulization depend on the model configuration. Features described as optional in the manuals are included only on equipped units. Confirm the configuration when ordering.

Cleaning & filter maintenance

Switch off and unplug the concentrator before cleaning or maintenance. Never operate it without all required filters installed. Internal service must be performed by qualified personnel.

5L maintenance schedule

  • First foam filter: Clean weekly with mild soap or neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before reinstalling. Replace if damaged or excessively dirty.
  • Secondary filter felt: Replace every 1,000 operating hours, as directed in the 5L manual.
  • Humidifier: Wash with warm water every three days and remove mineral deposits according to the manual.

10L maintenance schedule

  • Foam air inlet filter: Clean weekly with water and dry fully before reinstalling.
  • HEPA filter: Inspect at 800 operating hours. Replace if darkened, damaged or contaminated. The manual calls for inspection at this interval, not automatic replacement.
  • Humidifier: Clean and disinfect according to the 10L manual, then rinse thoroughly.

Wipe the exterior with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Follow the complete model-specific cleaning instructions and avoid harsh chemicals.

Medorra equipment care

The right filter.
Ready for routine care.

Keep model-specific replacement filters available for your Medorra oxygen concentrator. Choose the option for your 5L or 10L unit. Each pack contains six filters; the concentrator is sold separately.

Match both the model and the part. Each concentrator uses more than one filter component. Do not assume the 5L and 10L filters—or the washable inlet filter and internal filter—are interchangeable.

5L filter system & care guide

The 5L manual identifies a first foam filter and a secondary filter felt. Their care instructions are different.

10L filter system & care guide

The 10L manual identifies a foam air inlet filter and a HEPA filter. The HEPA filter is a separate component from the washable inlet filter.

Before replacing a filter
  • Confirm the concentrator model and the exact filter component being replaced.
  • Switch the concentrator off and unplug it before maintenance.
  • Follow the replacement procedure in the correct model manual.
  • Wash only a component that the manual specifically identifies as washable. Do not wash an internal replacement filter unless its own instructions permit it.
  • Allow washable filters to dry fully before reinstalling. Never operate the concentrator without all required filters installed.
  • Use qualified service personnel when the procedure requires internal servicing.
