14-day returns

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused and unopened. Contact Medorra at info@medorra.com or (609) 669-1899 with your order number, the products and quantities, and the reason for your return.

Please wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back. Keep the original packaging.

Return shipping

Medorra covers return shipping for items that arrive damaged or are incorrect. For other eligible returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly and include photos of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide next steps.

Facility orders

If your facility has a separate written purchasing agreement, contact your Medorra representative about the terms that apply to that order.
