How it began
The Medorra story
A grandfather. A simple decision to do better.
Medorra began when our founder was helping his elderly grandfather. Seeing the products he was being given made quality feel deeply personal. These were everyday items, but they were part of the care someone he loved received.
He decided to make better-quality products. That decision became the beginning of Medorra.
We carry that perspective into the work today. A towel, a sheet or a care essential is more than a line on an order. Someone will hold it, use it or depend on it. The person at the end of that order is the reason to pay attention.

Our work continues beyond the warehouse door. Medorra’s fleet of 12 trucks makes daily deliveries, bringing the supplies we sell into the places where they are needed.
For facility orders, the conversation includes the receiving details: where the order is going, who will receive it and what the location requires. Routes, availability and delivery timing are confirmed for each order.
A new chapter in Missouri.
The Missouri warehouse photos capture a moment in Medorra’s growth: the purchase of a new space, before it was stocked, and the team coming together to celebrate.
There is a human story behind an expansion. New places become part of the business through the people who take responsibility for them. With Randy managing Missouri, this chapter became part of the wider Medorra story.

Medorra brings medical and personal-care supplies, linen, cleaning and laundry chemicals, paper products and everyday facility essentials together. For business customers, we review the product list, pack sizes and purchasing requirements and arrange pricing individually.
Our chemical services include dispenser installation, maintenance and on-site troubleshooting. The goal is practical support for the people using the products and managing the daily work.
