This policy explains what Medorra collects when you browse the catalog or send a quote request, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. Last updated August 2026.
We collect the account and order information you submit: name, job title, company or facility, email, phone, delivery address, requested items, and notes. Account authentication is handled by our configured authentication provider. We do not sell personal information.
When you submit the quote form, the contact, delivery, product, and purchasing details you entered are saved to your authenticated Medorra account before a PDF is created in your browser. We use those saved details to review the request, prepare pricing, arrange freight, and follow up. Selected attachment files are not uploaded by this form; only their filenames are saved, and you may send the files separately to our sales team.
Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, or other protected health information through the quote form.
Your quote list and saved items are stored in your own browser using local storage. They are cleared when you clear site data or use the clear buttons on those pages. Products copied from a quote list become part of the request data only when you submit the authenticated quote form.
We share order information only with the carriers, manufacturers, and payment processors needed to fulfill your order, or where required by law. If you choose to email supporting documents with a quote PDF, those documents are handled with the request by your account team.
Quote and order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and audit purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your contact records at any time by writing to our team at the address below.
