Standard shipments in the contiguous United States move by FedEx Ground or UPS. In-stock items ship Monday through Friday within 24 hours of payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major U.S. holidays except by prior arrangement. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
Warehouse routing
To reduce cost and transit time we ship from the warehouse closest to you. Warehouses, logistics partners, and manufacturers may use their preferred carrier for that region. If a preferred carrier was requested and a different one is used, we absorb any difference in cost rather than passing it to you.
Alternate carriers
We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier — postal service or local courier — when it is more appropriate for your order. You will never be charged additional fees without an estimate and your approval first. If your delivery has unique requirements, note them with your order and we will do our best to honor the request.
Freight, oversized and hazardous
Oversized, heavy, or hazardous products are excluded from free shipping. They either carry a specific shipping fee shown on your quote, or are designated freight-only and quoted by the freight carrier based on weight, size, delivery method, and destination. Freight charges are passed through without increase.
International orders
Broker fees, customs duties, and taxes are not included in listed prices. We will always request your approval, with an explanation of the additional charges, before applying them to a purchase.
